Had a faulty detail set for a kit shipped to the UK in May. I reported the fault on 6 May and over three months later, despite several emails, many unanswered, I still haven’t got the parts replaced. I can’t remember in all the years in the hobby ever having such terrible customer service. There is absolutely no excuse for ignoring customer complaint emails. There is no way I would use BNA again after this experience. As the company is not communicating I’m now in the process of pursuing a chargeback on the transaction.
