Disappointing Experience After Years of Support

I have been a customer since 2018, making purchases through both the online platform and another site, spending over $40k. Overall, the service has been decent, as expected. I've encountered a few minor issues but didn't pursue them further due to the hassle. One issue was being banned from purchasing on the other site after providing negative feedback. Another involved a damaged model, where I was told to contact the postal service for compensation, but they referred me back to the company since I wasn't the sender. The final issue was with a pre-order of three kits. I left a note requesting to ship the kits upon arrival, but after a week of no updates, I reached out and learned that my note had been overlooked because it wasn't their policy to read such requests. They also denied blocking me on the other site until I provided proof. I asked for my order to be canceled and received a full refund, but it was frustrating that they wouldn't even consider sending the kit or making an effort to retain me as a customer. I had hoped to support an Australian company, but they showed little willingness to support me in return.

Paid for a delivery through Australia…

Paid for a delivery through Australia post signature required,so of course these clowns decided to send it via couriers please .Just got the confirmation that the world’s worst couriers have delivered it to the wrong address.Without a signature.Steer clear of them ,I won’t buy anything from them again

Talk about good delivery system.

I ordered a 1/16 scale Jagpanther on the 03-07-25 @16-30 our time ( nz ) and I now have it in my hands in New Zealand its the 09-07-25 @11-30 and it was given to me by our local post van lady. Well done all concerned, less than six days in towtell yeehaa. Cheer`s Worm.

Ordering from Norway, Europe (but not EU) has worked great both times. Answer my questions within 24h. I usually order from Europe or domestic suppliers, but BNA is my go-to if it's not available there.

In France buying from Oz - good experience

I am in France and was after Pontos detailed set for the 1/200 Enterprise. I usually purchase from the USA if I cannot find stuff in Europe but......with what is happening in the USA I no longer spend any money in the US.Shipping was good and prompt, BNA answered the 1 query I had promptly and the overall price was competitive.I have now just ordered the Pontos detailed set for the Bismark on the basis of my first good experience.

wouldn't order from them again ...

wouldn't order from them again .... first order was ask to pay extra on postage 2 days after payment due to item size ... funny thing is they still haven't updated shipping cost .... second order half of the items that were listed didn't come in the box and blamed supplier ... trust me bro we will get one sent from china outside of ebay with zero guarntee ill even get the item .

Dealt with them for years but something has changed, paid for order, then told to pay $36 more postage, then after a week asked why it hasn't arrived, oh we haven't sent it yet because we need your phone #, even though its on file. So not here for Xmas, Pathetic
