Another involved a damaged model, where I was told to contact the postal service for compensation, but they referred me back to the company since I wasn't the sender. The final issue was with a pre-order of three kits. I left a note requesting to ship the kits upon arrival, but after a week of no updates, I reached out and learned that my note had been overlooked because it wasn't their policy to read such requests. They also denied blocking me on the other site until I provided proof. I asked for my order to be canceled and received a full refund, but it was frustrating that they wouldn't even consider sending the kit or making an effort to retain me as a customer. I had hoped to support an Australian company, but they showed little willingness to support me in return.
