I bought the program at the end of September 2024. The program offered a 90 day guarantee. In December, I still could not find a property they started to implement the 90 day program guarantee by giving me a third party website to find a property. I found a property through their third-party. There was a $3900 fee. BNB formula refused to pay it even though based on the 90 day program guarantee they were supposed to pay all the fees except for the actual rent amount. It took four months going back-and-forth with them asking every time to cancel my membership. I don’t trust them since they didn’t want to honor the contract and they still haven’t cancelled my membership. They have been ignoring all my emails and texts. I spoke to the sales director on April 4, 2025, he assured me he would speak to the finance department to cancel my membership, it is now the end of April I still haven’t heard anything. I have been texting him, still no response. Meanwhile, Klarna is asking me to make payments.I am very disappointed. I’m writing this to make sure nobody else goes through the same.
