I would describe this service as unreliable and approaching incompetence. One package was attempted for delivery just half an hour from my location, while another was sent an hour in the opposite direction. This is absurd. For the second package, they drove through my town only to go an hour further to deliver my child's Christmas gift to the wrong address. Is this really happening?
