Highly unreliable service

This service is extremely unreliable and borders on incompetence. One package was attempted for delivery just half an hour away, while another was sent an hour in the opposite direction. This is ridiculous. In the latter case, they drove through my town only to go an hour further to deliver my child's Christmas gift to the wrong location. Is this real?

Very poor shipping service

This shipping service is terrible. I discovered today that their drivers apparently can't read. I had a large sign on my door instructing them not to leave the package on my front step, which was also in my delivery instructions. What did they do? They left it on the front step anyway. It's crucial to take basic steps to keep parcels safe in my neighborhood. I thought this was common sense, but it seems that's not the case with this service.

Terrible delivery experience

This delivery service has been a complete disappointment. They claimed they 'attempted' to deliver my package but then said they would 'try' again the next day, which never happened. The tracking status remained unchanged. I live in an easily accessible neighborhood with nice weather, and I was home! There was no reason for it to be labeled as an 'attempted delivery.' Why not just leave it at my door like most other services do? A week later, still no update. I reached out to the service multiple times with no response. I had to contact the seller for a refund, as I doubt my package will ever arrive due to this unreliable service. I will not use them again.

Irresponsible handling

Because my dog was barking in the yard, my package was tossed into the driveway, and then the driver drove over it while turning around. By the time my spouse got to the door, the driver had already left.
