I was compelled to open a bank account to access a pension savings account. They charged me unexpected 'management fees' without any prior warning, leading my account to go negative. Even when I accessed the app, there was no information about these charges. I was repeatedly taxed for being in the negative, with no explanation given. This is essentially a scam.
