If it were possible, I would rate them zero! The customer service is non-existent. I made a simple request to update my marital status and provided both the marriage certificate and ID, yet they insisted on needing proof of residence as well. After providing that, it has been nearly a month without any updates or responses to my multiple messages. I am very disappointed and will be switching to a more responsive bank that respects its customers.

I urge anyone considering this bank to look elsewhere.
