Attempting to get the company to update my bank information has been a frustrating ordeal. They keep returning requests for information that I have already submitted multiple times. The service has been the worst I've encountered—extremely poor and unsatisfactory.

Extremely dissatisfied with customer service

If it were possible, I would rate them zero! The customer service is non-existent. I made a simple request to update my marital status and provided both the marriage certificate and ID, yet they insisted on needing proof of residence as well. After providing that, it has been nearly a month without any updates or responses to my multiple messages. I am very disappointed and will be switching to a more responsive bank that respects its customers.

I can't give a lower rating than one star! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their communication is laughably poor, with numerous people across various departments failing to coordinate. It's not entirely their fault, but it's poorly managed by individuals lacking competence.

This review addresses my experience with the company's corporate values, particularly transparency in the HR recruiting process. After applying for a job, I had two interviews, and while I was initially impressed with the professionalism shown, the subsequent communication left much to be desired. After confirming my desired salary, I waited three weeks with no updates. When I finally received a call, I was informed my application was rejected due to a position cancellation, only to see the same job posted again shortly after. This lack of transparency is disheartening and undermines trust, which is crucial for any company, especially a bank.

Feeling scammed by the service

I was compelled to open a bank account to access a pension savings account. They charged me unexpected 'management fees' without any prior warning, leading my account to go negative. Even when I accessed the app, there was no information about these charges. I was repeatedly taxed for being in the negative, with no explanation given. This is essentially a scam. I urge anyone considering this bank to look elsewhere.
