Retarded bank.This joke of a bank keeps changing the website and changing the account settings. They go out of their way to make the process as hard as it can be. Instead of having an id and password to login, you have a customer number, and account number, a reference number, a password, and after entering all that crap on their stupid site to activate the account, the site says it's all good, account activated, now login with your 'USERNAME'username that they did not provide even once. Not when I created my account, and not a single time when they redo their shit site every few years. So every year I have to call those incapables , who are themself confused about why an ID or a username is , or what reference is what.It always end up with them telling me my id on the phone, and every time it's a new id that they never communicated to me before.Terrible site, clicking anywhere causes the thing to load for 5 minutes for no reason.Control of forms also not tested, refuses your [hone if the phone number does not match a French phone number, so have to put fake information to pass the controls. Then they wonder why they can t send me the confirmation SMS. I can't wait to sell all my stocks and leave this crappy bank.And I just received a similar email saying altogether stoick I own is going to be splitted into 3 stocks, so they will create 3 separate account, each with a different ID that they will not share, each with a different customer number that is useless to login. Oh, and yes, please continue to block the paste function for the password field, preventing people from using password generators, and instead having them keep simple passwords written in their notes if you think this is safe. This stupid bank is a security risk.
