They claimed the code was invalid because sale items were not eligible, despite my evidence showing that the items were not on sale. The customer service was unsatisfactory and a considerable waste of time. Additionally, the clothing prices are high for mediocre quality. *update*—don't be misled—their email stated I had a credit for another retailer, which is false as I have never shopped there. This company seems disorganized and feels like a scam at this point.
