Extremely disappointing experience with this service. Out of all the online orders I've made, this stands out as one of the worst. I ordered an XS tennis dress for my girlfriend, who is 5'3" and very slim. The model in the pictures was 5'10", and it fit her well—so it seemed logical to expect it would fit my girlfriend too. Unfortunately, it did not. I reached out to the support team, and it took them several days to reply, only to decline a fee-free exchange. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me a higher price for the replacement size than what I initially paid. In total, I would have ended up paying $100 for a new size instead of the original $59. Additionally, they did not refund the original shipping cost for the return, which meant I lost more than their stated $10 return fee. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would have considered being a long-term customer had it not been for this experience. Best of luck to others.
I was upgraded to 'gold member' status and received a 20% off coupon code on October 30 that was valid for 60 days. However, when I tried to use it on November 30, the code did not work even though I was still within the validity period. After several frustrating exchanges with the support team, who seemed uninterested in reviewing the evidence I provided, I chose to stop shopping here. They claimed the code was invalid because sale items were not eligible, despite my evidence showing that the items were not on sale. The customer service was unsatisfactory and a considerable waste of time. Additionally, the clothing prices are high for mediocre quality. *update*—don't be misled—their email stated I had a credit for another retailer, which is false as I have never shopped there. This company seems disorganized and feels like a scam at this point.

I placed my order at 7pm, and it arrived by 10am the following day. The quality of the items appears to be excellent, although I haven't worn or washed them yet. I encountered an issue due to entering my email address incorrectly, but the customer service was outstanding in resolving this.
I ordered 5 items and received an email an hour later stating one item was unavailable. I tried to reach out for assistance, mentioning that I wanted to remove other items since the unavailable item was part of a set. The online chat system informed me that I couldn't amend my order after 15 minutes, yet they changed it when the item became unavailable nearly an hour later. Now I can't log back into the chat and I'm unable to reach them to resolve the issue.
This is the best active wear I've ever bought! It fits wonderfully and feels great! I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but I had to share! I even purchased three more items (referring to the active/fashion wear, leggings, and all-in-one suits). I haven't tried the other pieces yet, but the athleisure is amazing!
