I was promoted to 'gold member' and received a 20% off coupon code on October 30 that was valid for 60 days. I attempted to make some purchases on November 30, well within the 60 days, but the code failed to work. After multiple frustrating interactions with customer service, who clearly did not review the evidence I provided, I decided to give up on shopping here. They claimed the code was not valid because sale items were ineligible, even though it was evident from my evidence that the items were NOT on sale. Poor customer service and a significant waste of time. The clothing is overpriced and of average quality. *update*—don't be deceived—their email response claimed I had a credit for another retailer, which is untrue as I have never ordered from them. This company seems to lack direction and feels like a total scam.
