I ordered 5 items and received an email an hour later stating one item was unavailable. I tried to reach out for assistance, mentioning that I wanted to remove other items since the unavailable item was part of a set. The online chat system informed me that I couldn't amend my order after 15 minutes, yet they changed it when the item became unavailable nearly an hour later. Now I can't log back into the chat and I'm unable to reach them to resolve the issue.
