Extremely disappointing experience with this service. Out of all the online orders I've made, this stands out as one of the worst. I ordered an XS tennis dress for my girlfriend, who is 5'3" and very slim. The model in the pictures was 5'10", and it fit her well—so it seemed logical to expect it would fit my girlfriend too. Unfortunately, it did not. I reached out to the support team, and it took them several days to reply, only to decline a fee-free exchange. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me a higher price for the replacement size than what I initially paid. In total, I would have ended up paying $100 for a new size instead of the original $59. Additionally, they did not refund the original shipping cost for the return, which meant I lost more than their stated $10 return fee. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would have considered being a long-term customer had it not been for this experience. Best of luck to others.
