They take pre-orders and charge you right away, then delay and delay and delay until they cancel and refund. Meanwhile, the customers that trust in them not only miss out on the products they preordered but are also subject to two sets of fees for the payment/refund processing, not even counting the difference in currency conversion. In short: I did not receive my pre-order but have now paid money twice for absolutely nothing. Upon trying to find a solution with them, they just told me that this is not their problem. Never again.
Edit in response: Just don't actually charge the money before you know you can deliver; charge upon shipping - problem solved.
