Made a preorder of several items. I was told after a month they didn't get their stock, but I was assured I would receive the items. Months later, with no contact, I asked again and was again assured. This was repeated for months until a day ago, when I was told the items would not be shipped.
I feel very betrayed by this company and their practices, no contact from them on my order, and very misleading messages.
