My experience with boAt has been an absolute scam. In December 2025, I sent my genuine boAt Rockerz 150 Pro neckband for warranty repair, which was physically verified and picked up by a BlueDart agent at my doorstep. However, boAt later claimed they received a pack of 3 innerwear (bras) instead of the neckband and rejected my claim, labeling it a "duplicate product."
Essentially, my ₹1,500 neckband was either lost or stolen within their logistics chain, and they simply returned the wrong items to dodge accountability. Despite months of emails, their support team refuses to conduct a proper investigation and continues to hide behind "policy" to avoid responsibility. This is blatant fraud and a total failure of after-sales service.
