boAt sells cheap chinese products. Their smart watches are miserable in terms of sensor performance. The smart watch was replaced 4 times with sensor defect unsolved. I am seeking a full refund of the watch and compensation for agony and distress I went through. The watch is still under warranty.

Please DO NOT BUY boAt smart watches with health sensors. Sensors are misrable. Heart rate sensor shows abnormally high readings. I had provided video proof to boAt in X.

I have taken help of legal experts to get this sorted so that people at large do not suffer like I did buying inferior, defective, under performing boAt smart watches.

Warranty Claim Issues

I am unable to claim my warranty despite my device being within the one-year warranty period. I have been emailing the support team, and they are suggesting basic troubleshooting steps such as toggling the network, clearing cookies, and cache, and trying different browsers. However, my warranty claim is still not processed, and I keep receiving an error message stating, 'an error occurred. Please connect with your system admin.' This is frustrating as I am at home using my personal computer and my Android device.

⭐ 1 Star – Subpar Quality & Ineffective Warranty I purchased headphones just four months ago, and the headband broke during regular use. A headphone band should be flexible, yet this demonstrates clearly poor craftsmanship. The warranty is ineffective when such problems are not adequately addressed. I cannot recommend anyone to buy products from this brand. A waste of money.

Maine ek speaker kharida tha jiske sath 1 saal ki warranty thi, lekin warranty khatam hote hi speaker kharab ho gaya. Sound ruk ruk kar aa raha tha. Jab customer care se sampark kiya, to unhone bataya ki warranty ke bina koi service nahi milegi. Main repair ke liye local shop par gaya, lekin wahan bhi kaha gaya ki is product mein aise samasya aati hai. Maine aapki brand par bharosa karke mehnga speaker liya tha, par ab mujhe samajh aa raha hai ki local companies bhi zyada reliable hain. Aapki after-sale service bilkul bhi satisfactory nahi hai.

Defective product and poor support

I purchased a Bluetooth device that was defective within a week. I registered a complaint, but due to internal issues, the product has neither been returned nor have I received any assistance. To this day, no one is taking responsibility for its return. The company acknowledged that the item is back in their warehouse but claims my ticket is closed, preventing the return. Improved warranty claim process

My earbuds stopped charging and were unresponsive, so I filed a warranty claim. I was concerned because my past experience wasn't great, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response the same day and they arranged a pickup within three days. The replacement arrived without any follow-up needed. The support team seems to have made significant improvements.

I bought these earbuds nearly two years ago, and they are still in good condition. The sound quality in the left earbud has diminished a bit, and the battery life has slightly decreased, but overall, they were worth the price I paid.
