I enjoy using the service and have booked every year except during the pandemic years. However, there is one area for improvement: the certificates you send are often not received by the office at check-in, which requires repeating the process with them. Additionally, I have reached out to a representative without receiving any response, which is disappointing. On a positive note, I have no complaints about the support I received from another team member!
