I’m total newcomer on Boataround, this is my first booking here. Overall 4 stars because:
1. When talking via phone slovenian language was not an option. No problem, i’m OK with english but still web says “we speak your language”
2. Best price gurantie did not occure even that i provided better price from another agency.
But generaly, very good webapp, easy to use, simple payment process, customer service replays on time.This for sure counts for 4 stars.

Everything has been easy and right after reservation I got a friendly call from Boataround, Damien Pasik. He just check that all is good and told that if I have anything to ask or needed help, they are available.
This is our first time with Boataround.
I enjoy using the service and have booked every year except during the pandemic years. However, there is one area for improvement: the certificates you send are often not received by the office at check-in, which requires repeating the process with them. Additionally, I have reached out to a representative without receiving any response, which is disappointing. On a positive note, I have no complaints about the support I received from another team member!
I wholeheartedly recommend this platform. We enjoyed a wonderful yacht, and the whole booking process was managed with great professionalism. A big thank you to the representative for their fantastic attitude and support—it truly made a difference. I will certainly book again!
