Very slow shipping, they use UPS Logistic Innovations, which just means paying $53 for USPS, who then passed the parcel to Canada Post who they knew would be going on strike (*UPS canada is still active so I dont know why they couldnt figure it out). No shipping refund and at this point I wish Id bought the parts off Amazon for 1/4 the price and next day guaranteed shipping... ugh I wont need the parts by the time they arrive the season will be over. Ordered on sep 16th, I was told they were shipped on the 17th but UPS says the 22nd. If they had indeed shipped on the 17th I bet they would have arrived before the strike..
