Pay attention to items that are backordered, call amd check. Will not ship until that item comes in but do not let you know. Called in said I could cancel and they would ship, great only 4 days passed. Then charged me 15 for shipping. Said it would be 7 dollars to ship early and late, no mention of extra shipping. So paid double for less parts. Morons, won't buy from again.

Was nice to find the brackets I needed, but the picture on the ad was misleading. It shows two brackets, so I ordered two units I thought would give me four. Two showed up. When I called the guy said,"yea, the picture is misleading". I ordered two more, he was nice enough to wave the shipping charge.
While the detailed diagrams of ancient outboards and availability of obscure parts is excellent, their customer service is what really shines! Had multiple issues with USPS losing my orders and they have easily and promptly resolved it each time!
Well I look at there web page and pulled up 2016 Suzuki lower unite seal kit. Order 2 set that there web page said was the right ones. Everything was right but the prop seals.I had already started installing seals when I seen the prop seal was wrong called an explain a was told well you can not go by that. What or you kidding me.so could not return because already been open had to buy two sets of prop seals. They said they will give me free shipping on my next order.Thanks a lot
