Placed order May 28. then email comes 2 days later that 1 item is back ordered. Gives date when expected. So I wait a week. Day comes and then 2 days later changes "back ordered date" changes to "no current ETA", so I call to have the items removed so the rest can ship. Few days later it ships using UPS mail Inovations from GA to VA. A week later the shipping status hasn't changed. Now past 3 weeks, still no parts. Learned from my mistake, Ordered from Honda marine dealer in York Va. parts came in 2 days. Boats.net may have discount parts, but you cant sell parts you don't have or cannot control inventory. Your choice to use UPS mail inovations as your free shipping method is killing you softly. I drove 30 minutes to my local post office to see why shipping status "USPS accepted pending" for 3 days. then those folks at USPS shipped it from our local PO to Richmond distribution, only to be shipped back to them in 2 days. So a little under a month to get boat parts. I lost a month of boating because of selling stuff they dont have, supply chain BS they have had since before COVID and using the most Indeterminate free shipping available.
