I talked to a customer agent before placing my order, and he was great at directing me to right parts catalog for my Honda small engine. I was then able to find the right parts for my engine. My biggest complaint was with the shipping using USPS which is no fault of Boats. I live 265 miles from where the parts were shipped from, USPS shipped my order half way across the country before it got to me. Should have been next day delivery.
