I ordered several different things to do a service on my motor. Two of the items shipped were incorrect. The person I spoke with blamed me for ordering incorrect parts instead of owning a mistake by whomever filled the order. Next I had to eat shipping twice on something that was their fault. First time I ever had an issue with this company after many years, but if that is how I am treated I will go a different route in the future. As they say, first time shame on them-second time shame on me.
