I originally ordered the short shaft eLite 500 outboard but received the long shaft version from the supplier, not the company. I was truly impressed by their outstanding customer service. Calls were answered quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They resolved the issue efficiently without any hassle. Although I had to wait briefly for new stock, they kept me informed throughout the process. Everything is now resolved. Highly recommend.
