I ordered the short shaft eLite 500 outboard but received the long shaft version due to a supplier error, not the company. I was pleasantly surprised by their first-class customer service. Calls were answered promptly, and the staff was very helpful. They sorted everything out without fuss. I had a brief wait for new stock, but they kept me updated. All is resolved now. Highly recommend.
