I initially ordered the short shaft eLite 500 outboard but received the long shaft version from the supplier, not the service team. I was really impressed with their exceptional customer support. My calls were answered promptly, and the staff was both friendly and accommodating. They resolved the issue swiftly and without complications. Even though I had a short wait for new stock, they kept me updated throughout. Everything has now been sorted out. I highly recommend them.
