I placed an order at the end of November, and it took ages to dispatch, finally shipping on December 3. The email stated it was sent via a carrier with no tracking. When I called a week later because it hadn’t arrived, I was told it was lost. To make matters worse, one of the two items was sold out. That item still hasn't arrived, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Stay away from unreliable companies like this. I’ll never purchase from them again and will share my experience widely. *Edited* The item finally arrived, but the refund is still pending. *Edited* I’m still waiting for a refund for an item that was lost in November. I’m considering reporting this to the ombudsman.
