I ordered a newly released product on July 17. Just an hour later, they started offering a free gift with the same product. I still haven’t received my order. I can't reach anyone through their listed contact methods, and I can’t track it through my account, though I have an email confirmation and have paid for it. I’m completely in the dark about my order status.
