I placed an order & when it arrived part of the order was missing. The order note said that all my items should be present. I emailed Bobbi brown but received no reply. So 3 days later I telephoned custom service. The lady explained they were unable to complete my order as items had sold out. My annoyance is that I should have been informed of this & my account should not have been charged with an item that I was never going to receive. If I hadn’t chased this up would they just have kept my money?? You would expect a global company to have better systems in place then this.
