The basket on the bike became mouldy after less than seven months in the garage. The company refused to replace it, despite it being intended for outdoor use. There were no care instructions available on their website or in the manual, which was acknowledged by the company. Customer service showed no regard for consumer rights. Avoid this company! The response I received was a standard scripted reply.
