The bike was delivered in a damaged box, and the basket had mould. While the company agreed to provide a replacement and responded quickly to emails, I was let down that they didn't offer any compensation or discount, considering the poor state of the bike upon arrival.
The basket on the bike became mouldy after less than seven months in the garage. The company refused to replace it, despite it being intended for outdoor use. There were no care instructions available on their website or in the manual, which was acknowledged by the company. Customer service showed no regard for consumer rights. Avoid this company! The response I received was a standard scripted reply.
Arrived very quickly in the north of Scotland, even with recent snow and ice. I had a local shop assemble the bike, as I don't trust my own skills, and the ride was very comfortable—everything I had anticipated from other reviews and what the dealer promised. Great value for money!
Very disappointing experience—do not order from this company. We purchased a bike for our 4-year-old daughter for Christmas. After reporting damages with photos, we were told a replacement couldn't be sent because the warehouse was closed, even though they continued to advertise for pre-Christmas delivery. Our daughter was left without her main Christmas gift, which was unfortunate. We were promised contact on January 5th for collection and replacement, but after several unanswered emails, it's now January 12th, and our daughter still cannot use the product we paid for nearly 30 days ago. This company shows no care for customers.
