Very disappointing experience—do not order from this company. We purchased a bike for our 4-year-old daughter for Christmas. After reporting damages with photos, we were told a replacement couldn't be sent because the warehouse was closed, even though they continued to advertise for pre-Christmas delivery. Our daughter was left without her main Christmas gift, which was unfortunate. We were promised contact on January 5th for collection and replacement, but after several unanswered emails, it's now January 12th, and our daughter still cannot use the product we paid for nearly 30 days ago. This company shows no care for customers.
