I was so excited to use this company after reading wonderful reviews!We bought this to surprise my Aunt for her 99th Birthday! I asked if they could meet the deadline so it would arrive on time. No response. Sadly, her birthday has come and gone. Still no bobble head. I've reached out several times and when I finally received an answer, I was told they sent proof emails weeks ago. Not true!I have not received the product or a refund. Or any sort of updates.So disappointed.....
