We had a custom bobblehead made for my grandfather, who has proudly served as an usher for over 25 years at football games. He absolutely loves it. The likeness is incredible, and the attention to detail on his name tag, hat, and the inclusion of the logo along with fun football elements on the base is impressive. While he appears a bit slimmer as a bobblehead, I know he will appreciate it. Just remember to order at least a month in advance for custom pieces, but the wait is definitely worthwhile. They did an excellent job, and I will certainly consider ordering again for future gifts!

Two weeks went by with no communication. When I inquired about a proof, customer service replied briefly that it had already shipped. However, I never received a proof! They also did not provide tracking, and I still do not have anything.
The service has proven to be unreliable. I paid in full, but my product never arrived. Do not purchase from them. My order was supposedly delivered to JFK airport, but when I tracked it, the shipper claimed it was delivered. They were going to investigate, but I never heard back. I've filed over ten complaints and received no response.
