Don't be misled by positive reviews. I ordered a custom bobblehead for a significant occasion. The initial proof was unimpressive, and after suggesting numerous changes, the subsequent proofs still fell short. After four attempts, I settled for what I received. They promised the skin tone would darken after baking, but it didn't. When the bobblehead arrived, it was disappointing! Customer support was very slow, and they wanted $80 to remake it. The new proof looked acceptable, but the final product was excessively dark. I cannot recommend their quality. Extremely poor customer service.
