I ordered a custom bobblehead for my barber, and the entire process was excellent from beginning to end. The representative was very quick with the proofs, and the likeness was so impressive that I was truly amazed. The final product arrived even sooner than expected, by several days, in fact. When I presented it to her as a gift, her reaction was instant and full of joy; she absolutely adored it. This is an outstanding product, and I strongly recommend it for anyone looking to bring some happiness to someone special in their life. Definitely 5 stars!
Beware of misleading reviews. I ordered a custom bobblehead for a significant occasion, but the initial proof was disappointing. After suggesting numerous changes, the subsequent proofs still fell short. Eventually, I settled after four attempts. They claimed the skin tone would darken after baking, but it didn’t. When I received the bobblehead, it was terrible! The customer support was very slow, and they offered to remake it for $80. The new proof looked acceptable, but the final product was overly dark. Do not trust the quality. Unacceptable customer service.

Everything went smoothly. A representative was very helpful, and we received exactly what we requested. The grandkids will be thrilled to get their bobbleheads this Christmas. Quite good! They take some time to complete and ship, but I didn't opt for express service. The entire process took about a month. I ordered a custom one as a surprise for a friend and provided snaps from our chats; they captured his likeness perfectly and even included the shirt and tattoos I requested. He found it hilarious, as did our friends.
