Absolutely awful! I paid over £100 for a bobblehead that bears no resemblance to me! They made the hair dark brown when mine is white blonde, and the eyes are green instead of blue! It feels like I was sent a random bobblehead instead! Avoid this company! After responding to my negative review, I'm adding to this review that my order was indeed placed with them. I still have the email from years ago. I dislike companies that are dishonest! Even after I sent an email pointing out the discrepancies, they offered me a £15 refund for a product that cost over £100, which is ridiculous! Don't claim it wasn't your company; it was! If I could upload the email screenshots, I would. Should I write a completely new review with all the evidence?
