Our mascot is a green humanoid blade of grass, which was quite a challenge, but we are thrilled with how the bobblehead turned out. Excellent communication, swift shipping, and high quality. Absolutely awful! I paid over £100 for a bobblehead that bears no resemblance to me! They made the hair dark brown when mine is white blonde, and the eyes are green instead of blue! It feels like I was sent a random bobblehead instead! Avoid this company! After responding to my negative review, I'm adding to this review that my order was indeed placed with them. I still have the email from years ago. I dislike companies that are dishonest! Even after I sent an email pointing out the discrepancies, they offered me a £15 refund for a product that cost over £100, which is ridiculous! Don't claim it wasn't your company; it was! If I could upload the email screenshots, I would. Should I write a completely new review with all the evidence?
Disappointing. The product looks nothing like the picture. I paid for expedited sculpting, but the timelines were not even close to being met. When I inquired about this, they asked for understanding due to their busy schedule. They offered to refund half of what I paid for expedited service, but that refund never came. I’m disappointed with what I received. The only similarity to the person is the clothing on the figure.
Doesn't resemble the picture at all, and the display is falling apart. After weeks of emailing back and forth, they are only willing to refund ten to twenty percent of what I paid. I’m very disappointed with the entire experience.
