So Bobcares get a lot of mixed feedback but overall good ones.I contemplated a lot prior to retaining their services. I had multiple servers that I was running for my clients and I just did not have the time to take care of them all anymore. Monitoring, fixing, etc. I had a guy who was charging a good rate and he was doing all the work but running servers are a 24/7/365 job and some people sleep. That's inevitable. I needed a team. So I did a lot of research and they were all disappointments. Except one. Bobcares seemed to have an image of professionalism. I signed a contract for the 2 servers for a year. The team worked with me and I could not wear them out. Settings things up always takes time and I understand they have to build that into their model which is why they make you commit to a 1 year contract. It is a USA (mostly administrative) and India-based (mostly IT) team. They were very professional throughout the length of our service. There were only a few occasions where I was not satisfied (it was due to me not seeing everything with clarity / miscommunication rather than them not willing to provide some sort of service). The few times when I had to escalate the issue, I always got proper care and explanation that always gave me proper clarity.To not stretch this review any further, they got your back and they know what they are doing.
