Bobcares supported us with setting up our production server and carrying out initial security hardening. This included restricting privileged access, configuring the web server, setting up SSL using DNS validation, integrating Cloudflare in strict mode, and enabling ongoing monitoring.

The work was completed as requested, communication was clear, and follow-up adjustments were handled promptly. As a non-technical founding team, the clear communication and responsiveness were important to us.

Overall, a professional and dependable experience.

Can 100% recommend bobcares

These guys know their business extremely well. Can 100% recommend them. Very trustworthy, support is very responsive and knowledgeable. They are taking care of our servers for two years now, and we never had a single problem. Security and performancewise they are top-notch. When issues arise they dont stop until root cause is found. If you want to focus on your business and not worry about IT stuff, work with them.

Quick off the mark

They are quick off the mark - they keep a watch on our webserver and, so far, have corrected all problems (and there have been a number) that have occurred. They provide a monthly summary with recommendations and provide detailed reports on why and how they have solved various problems.

Application errors when embedding YouTube links

I've been working with Bobcares for several years now. Today, I had an issue with external YouTube videos not being embedded in my application correctly. The Bobcares team figured out the issue with the server level header policy, and made the necessary change once they got approval. My problem was fixed very quickly. I highly recommend working with Bobcares for all of your IT support needs.

So Bobcares get a lot of mixed feedback…

So Bobcares get a lot of mixed feedback but overall good ones.I contemplated a lot prior to retaining their services. I had multiple servers that I was running for my clients and I just did not have the time to take care of them all anymore. Monitoring, fixing, etc. I had a guy who was charging a good rate and he was doing all the work but running servers are a 24/7/365 job and some people sleep. That's inevitable. I needed a team. So I did a lot of research and they were all disappointments. Except one. Bobcares seemed to have an image of professionalism. I signed a contract for the 2 servers for a year. The team worked with me and I could not wear them out. Settings things up always takes time and I understand they have to build that into their model which is why they make you commit to a 1 year contract. It is a USA (mostly administrative) and India-based (mostly IT) team. They were very professional throughout the length of our service. There were only a few occasions where I was not satisfied (it was due to me not seeing everything with clarity / miscommunication rather than them not willing to provide some sort of service). The few times when I had to escalate the issue, I always got proper care and explanation that always gave me proper clarity.To not stretch this review any further, they got your back and they know what they are doing. Isn't it what you would want at the end of the day anyway?5 stars and special thanks to Shruti and the entire team.
