I honestly don't know where to begin. It was so bad it was embarrassing. I was the host of a group of nine family members for Thanksgiving in 2022.The waitress was pleasant but certainly not well trained. The orders were all mixed up and many of them had to be sent back many times. Example, potatoes without gravy ordered had gravy and potatoes that should have had gravy had no gravy, plates with no dressing required had dressing and had to go back, people that ordered beans didn't get beans people that ordered mac and cheese didn't get mac and cheese the orders did not come out all at once they came out haphazard. I, being the host with my wife and we did not get our order until most everyone had finished eating, and then they kept bringing out an order with the wrong stuff on it and I ended up accepting an order that was completely wrong just to get something to eat and get out of there. All of this and we spent over $160 not including the gratuity. My gosh it was so incompetent. The orders were not accurate. They were not timely. They were not hot. The quality of the food was not commensurate with the price one was paying. I shall never ever ever go back into this establishment. It was embarrassing.
