I ordered a very beautiful, hard to find item on March 24 and was so excited to have finally found it. It cost $360. It was expected to ship in 2 to 3 days. Then an update that it would ship by March 31. Then an update in early April that it would ship in a few days but no later than March 31. Long story short, it never shipped and after multiple requests, the company has ignored my demand for a cancellation and refund. Now I am out $360 and don’t have my beautiful item and there is no phone number or other way to reach them besides the black hole of emails. Very disappointed in my experience with this company. Just today, I got an email offering to send me a different item that I have absolutely no interest in and still no option for canceling the order. Unethical in my opinion.
