Customer service a joke

My Boblov N9 when working was a fantastic performer and I was so happy with it.Unfortunately, it just started playing up by not recognising and FT cards regardless of brand or size.Contacted Boblov and they said return it to the factory, but warned it could take a long time and withe cost of shipping probably more economic to purchase a new one.Very disappointed with the customer service as my Boblov is only 15 months old. I was offered a £5 discount on my next purchase, which I thought very mean.
