So initially I had some problems with the clips on the camera, Boblov stayed in contact with me and kept in touch. I was getting nervous when I considered how much I had spent on the camera and how important it is to my security. Long story short have to say Boblov turned out to be fantastic and exchanged the camera for me in super fast time. This was about the clips not the camera itself, but still important. Anyway, the lovely Grace gave me her time over and over again and it's all sorted. Having experienced customer support my friends are now going to buy the camera as they can trust this company.
