I’ve had several Boblov body cams each time hoping for improvements from previous models. The features are good but the user interface is poor on all of the ones I have had. I’ve had water ingress and moisture on the inside of the lenses despite them being IP67 rated.Customer services is none existent and from the few emails I have sent none have had replies. A page on Facebook has a few answers and it seems to have been created by end users who have no joy trying to contact Boblov directly. I’ve returned the last one as it seemed like a huge step backwards.I won’t be purchasing any other Boblov products as they are unreliable and customer service is frustratingly poor.Currently waiting on delivery of another manufacturers product.
