I got what I wanted, however the team member I was in contact with didn't know what delivery company they were using (or didn't check properly...) so it was ready to be delivered a month before I actually got it. The delivery company tried to contact me when it was ready, it was much earlier than I had been told, so I checked with Bobochic and their employee said its not them, so I ignored the messages thinking it was a scam. Then Bobochic write to me again, a month later, saying sorry it was actually them... So I ask if there are any options for compensation given I ordered a sofa bed and friends and family had to stay somewhere in hotels/airbnb and pay. The compensation is not even worth having... I just hope you don't have to have to communicate with Justine.
