I’ve spent years supporting this platform, convinced there was nothing wrong with it or its users! Now, it seems I need to reconsider my stance. As a seller, I often had to go above and beyond for buyers when issues arose, but now that I’m a buyer, I’m being ignored. I won an auction for a collection of cards, only to have the seller keep 18 of the most valuable ones. I was told the courier might have stolen them, and while the seller claimed to have video evidence of packing, he couldn’t share it? I requested a refund, and he assured me I would receive it within 1-2 business days on the 21st. I remained patient during the festive season. Yet, after a long wait, the platform informed me they couldn’t help with the refund?! I kept getting the same generic response! I’m done with this site; they let down both buyers and sellers. Buyer and Seller protection is a joke! Kudos to the seller for scamming me and to the support team for offering no real assistance. I’m finished with this platform. 👍
