Disappointment After Years of Loyalty

I’ve defended this platform for years, sharing my positive experiences! I thought it was trustworthy! Now, I realize I need to reassess my views. As a seller, I often had to accommodate buyers' issues, but as a buyer, I feel neglected. After winning an auction for a card collection, the seller withheld 18 valuable cards. I was told the courier might have stolen them, and despite claims of video evidence, it wasn’t shared. I requested a refund, with a promise to receive it within 1-2 business days. Yet, after waiting, I learned the platform couldn’t assist?! I received only generic responses! I’m done with this site; they fail both buyers and sellers. Buyer and Seller protection is a farce! Kudos to the seller for scamming me and to the support team for their lack of help. I’m finished with this platform. 👍

Years of Support Gone to Waste

I’ve spent years supporting this platform, convinced there was nothing wrong with it or its users! Now, it seems I need to reconsider my stance. As a seller, I often had to go above and beyond for buyers when issues arose, but now that I’m a buyer, I’m being ignored. I won an auction for a collection of cards, only to have the seller keep 18 of the most valuable ones. I was told the courier might have stolen them, and while the seller claimed to have video evidence of packing, he couldn’t share it? I requested a refund, and he assured me I would receive it within 1-2 business days on the 21st. I remained patient during the festive season. Yet, after a long wait, the platform informed me they couldn’t help with the refund?! I kept getting the same generic response! I’m done with this site; they let down both buyers and sellers. Buyer and Seller protection is a joke! Kudos to the seller for scamming me and to the support team for offering no real assistance. I’m finished with this platform. 👍

As a long-term seller on this platform, I want to share a recent experience that revealed a major flaw in seller protection policies, resulting in a loss for my business despite following all rules. I sold a faulty TV, clearly listed as such, but the buyer claimed ignorance of its condition. After escalating the issue, the platform acknowledged my transparency but still recommended I refund the buyer to avoid potential legal action. This shows a complete lack of seller protection, allowing buyers to claim they didn’t read the description to void sales. I now face shipping costs and a refund due to the platform’s unwillingness to uphold its own policies. This practice is unacceptable and creates a hostile environment for honest sellers.

Platform Enables Misleading Sellers

This platform allows sellers to mislead customers. Items marked as 'available' often aren't in the country. My order was shipped from overseas, proving the 'available' claim false. The platform does nothing to prevent this scam. Avoid it if you want timely deliveries and consumer protection.

Defective TV Box Purchase

I bought a TV box on this site but can’t log in to check the apps. Despite numerous emails to the support team, I received no help. The box is fake and unusable. Specs do not match the advertisement, and a professional confirmed it’s not functional as a TV box. Very dissatisfied and won’t use this platform again.

There’s no customer service. Emails go unanswered, and it seems the staff are untrained and indifferent. Urgent issues aren’t handled properly. Why should buyers waste time contacting the platform when the staff can't assist?
